I am unsure about the server version sorry.
As stated in title, I am having an issue where when using the android app I receive an error “an error occured while attempting to play this video. Please check your connection and try again” this error doesn’t happen with every show on the server, and i could previously watch the shows that now throw this error no problem. Nothing changed, I changed no settings on my end and the server did not have any changes either. I was watching the same show the same day, just all of a sudden it was throwing an error. Noone else accessing the server is having this issue with these videos
There is NOT any connection issues
I am using wifi
I have tried updating the app, downloading and redownloading, changing the settings to use lower quality. When I try playing the same videos on the desktop player these videos do not throw the error
It may be important to note I am in australia and the server is in the usa
if anyone has any ideas as to what is happening that would be a great help.
