New router, new network. Can not connect to plex

I moved and bought a new modem and router. That is working fine. All stuff is on network as usual but plex can not connect. I can open plex even on my roku, but all files are “unavailable”
please help

Lacking substantial information about your setup I’ll guess you have your movies stored on a NAS or other kind of network storage while your Plex Media Server is on a different machine. My 2nd guess is that with the new network, that NAS/network storage got a new local IP address and is therefore no longer visible from the PMS.

Any chance this guess is correct?

well, complicated, my movies were stored on a external hard drive, and i backed them up on OneDrive. (which was smart because my portable hard drive crashed in the move) I am putting them back onto a new hard drive. I did change the address to where the movies are now, but are still not found or “unavailable”. Can plex work with “onedrive” cloud storage?

Well… in that case I’m not sure it has anything to do with you adding a new router
To compare between where Plex is looking for the data and where they actually are…
Can you open one of the movies that shows as “not available” in Plex Web and click on Edit > Info? Is the path that shows here exactly the same as the one showing in your Explorer (up to the drive letter)?

If you had changed the path in the library name but the movie is still pointing to the old path, you might need to re-scan the library for updates. This should add the files from the new path – if each video then shows as duplicate, you’ll need to manually trigger Empty Trash for the library.
