New Router - Now Plex Won't connect locally

From the app you should have a way to add a server from his ip address normaly, check the preferences.

My Shield TV cannot find my local PleX server. The reasons for this are complicated but manually specifying it has worked for years and I have no intention of changing my network. I do not run a server on the Shield TV. My other PleX clients have a manually add server option. Is this hidden on the Shield client or has it been removed? Could it be put back?
