New router (RAX40) - Not available outside your network

i have recently upgraded my netgear R6700 router to RAX40, and my plex server is no longer working.
i have had no issues whatsoever with the R6700.
i tried everything suggested here:

but nothing worked, i still get the same “not available outside…”
anyone here with the new netgear AX routers could help me please?
