Not available outside your network - this includes my home Roku on the same network

I am unable to get Remote Access working on my Plex Media Server. My PC has a wired connection to my UBEE router, and so does my Roku.

My Plex Server displays the message “Not available outside your network”. My I launch the Plex app on my ROKU, I get a message about my content being streamed through a relay.

I set up port forwarding, following the discussions I saw here on the board. I also game my PC a static IP address. It makes no difference. I also tried disabling secure connections, also to no avail.

It used to work, but stopped several updates ago. My hardware is the same.

Not sure sure what to do next.

After I updated my Plex Server to 1.9.3 I can’t reach it outside my local network anymore too. Anybody else?

Try opening the web app directly on the server ie. http://<ip.of.pms.server>:32400/web/index.html and make sure your account is properly logged in
