So I just got a Samsung ua98du9000wxxy. When I go and search for the Plex app, nothing comes up. TV is running tizen so thought it would be supported. I have tried to do a SW update on TV however still nothing. All other apps are available and have installed plenty.

As far as I know, the apps provided for Samsung Tizen require you to add the app per device in Plex. I guess we’ll have to wait for Plex to check on this issue and add the Plex app for that model.
I have also just upgraded to the Samsung UA98DU9000WXXY and found out the Plex App not available. Very disappointing. Lets hope it will become available very soon.

I do find it odd that there are no posts from Plex re: 2024 Samsung SmartTVs.
Hi have the same issue on the UA98DU9000. I can’t install the app as it does not appear anywhere. Even if I search for content only YouTube vids about plex show up. Does anyone have link or the file available for side load. TIA
The same issue is valid for me - Just upgraded to Samsung 98DU model and got a really bad surprise in its app store- no plex app…… Please, if someone from Plex is reading these posts- do take action .
Samsung did not release the Plex app for some 2024 models. Plex has re-submitted the app to Samsung and is awaiting their approval. Hopefully it will not take Samsung too much longer to approve and publish the app.
