I have had Plex running on my Sony smart TV for several years, and it’s on the same network as my Windows server. I recently had to reinstall Windows, and now when I open it on my TV, it only shows my kid’s profile not mine. When I go to switch profile, it shows me “+” and “Edit” but when I choose either, it tells me an error has occurred and to try again later. My profile is the admin one, and is locked with the option to require a password every time, and allows a higher rating of movies and TV than my kids. Is there an option somewhere to add me back in? Thanks!
