Recently the Plex app on my Sony TV has stopped working. When I open it, I only see the profile set up for my kids, not my account, and I can chose that or Edit. There is also a note that says user switching is not available. When I click on the kids profile, I just get a spinning bar logo thing and can’t do anything. I’ve checked for server updates, and the player works fine on my PC and on other devices like my phone. I tried to find an update section on my TV but I think it just updates automatically.
