Hi.
I bought a Synology DS223 today.
I’ve downloaded the plex media server from the package centre and I continually get the message “not authorised - you do not have access to this server”
I feel like I’ve done everything the guidance gives, and I’m just about close to giving up.
Does anybody have any advice? I cannot access from my home laptop or my mobile phone.

DSM has a weird way of making quickconnect URLs which make PMS think you’re connecting from Taiwan. (PMS won’t allow remote connections when unclaimed)

Hi,
Yeah, I uninstalled it all, then re-installed, but this time, when it asked for a key, I clicked the link that creates a key. This allowed me to access the server.
