Morning,
I’m new to plex and think it’s great. I’ve got my media based on my PC, which works fine. I can stream to my ipad over the same network, but trying to access the content on my Shield in the bedroom and it doesn’t work. I can see the content, I’m logged in to the server, but when I try to play it says ‘An error occured while attempting to play this video, please try restarting both the plex media server and this app’…which I’ve tried many times, and still nothing. I though it may be the firewall on my pc (norton), but works fine with my Ipad, so can’t be blocking traffic of the server out bound.
Does anyone have any ideas?
