New to RAS Plex - Do you need to sign in to use a local server?

Hello, I just discovered the RASPLEX website. I am looking for the ability to use a local Plex server without the need to sign in as we have no internet / cell service where we live.

Does RASPLEX allow you to use your local server without signing in?

you can make it work without internet (you can find some guides about that) but you still need it for the setup
