I have tried re-encoding tv episodes and Plex is still not finding them when scanning the library.
Also restarted Plex server, restarted the computer that houses Plex.
This is a recent issue, since installing the last update. Version 1.15.1.710

Well that was painful, but it seems to be picking up everything now.
I kept a copy of the database before uninstalling can that database be used with this fresh install?
I have a lot of custom video posters for movies as well as some tv episodes combined with text indicating the combined episodes are i.e. Flash, Arrow, DC Legends and Supergirl crossovers.
WTH…Not only all custom settings lost but expected, all mobile photos uploaded are gone!
