IOS app not working anymore

Hi, see screenshot I made. Since few days I get this message when i want to start a movie/tv show. Only on the Plex app (computer no problem) on both wifi and 4G on my iphone. It simply does not allow me to see anythin anymore… Pecular is that nothing changed in my settings, wifi etc. Anybody any idea???

P.S. Message in Dutch but it states that processor is no strong enough.

Please double-check your network settings anyway.
Sounds like Plex might attempt to connect through a relayed connection (indirect playback). You can verify this on the Now Playing details of the Plex dashboard

Thanks. But where can I find these now playing details. Search through all options three times but I don’t see it

My iPhone app has also stopped working. Nothing was changed in my phone or my home network, and my other devices with Plex (my television, my Ps4) continue to function perfectly.

The iPhone app can “see” my Plex Server but it is not loading my library folders into the sidebar.

Advice?

  1. update the server (Plex Media Server app) – latest version is 1.19.3 (publicly released yesterday)
  2. reboot the server
  3. if the libraries still don’t show… try to force-quit the app on your iPhone before trying it again

Same problem here. Can see Playlist in my sidebar, but its empty. (Should not be)
Everything works great on the web. Did the update om server (1.19.3) och a restart on iOS clients, but nothing. :frowning:
