New Ubuntu Linux Server Playback Error - transcoding failing

Server Version#: Version 1.14.1.5488
Player Version#: Version 3.77.4

/mnt/mediafilesPlex Media Server Logs_2019-01-10_20-47-23.zip (3.4 MB)

Trying to view videos on server itself via web player, or on any other Plex enabled device fails. Trying to watch movies via the web player gives the following error:

Playback Error
Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error.

Have tried on multiple web browsers and apps. m4v files will play on any device but mvk and mp4 files will not play on anything. They will attempt to load, on roku it will exit with saying multiple streaming errors occurred. On the web browser it gives the above error.

I have searched the forums and most issues related to this seem to be from permissions.

The media files are all located on an internal raid array with an exfat format. There are no permissions restrictions on this drive. Here is the permissions for this drive:

This seems like a transcoding issue but I have no idea what or how to solve.

Your logs have VERBOSE enabled,.

Please turn that off (Settings - Server - General).
Make certain only DEBUG is enabled.

Recreate and reDownload Logs.
Then attach the ZIP

Here are the logs with Verbose turned off. I created the error on a chrome browser, iPhone, and Roku.

Did you address fs.inotify.max_user_watches ?
Did you change your mounts and not rescan the library? It looks like you did.

Thank you for your help. It appears I missed the beginning / on a couple of directories and this was the cause of the issue.
