After the last update, closed captions cannot be disabled. In any movie I access on the server (both on the Fire tablet and on Roku), the captions are listed as NONE but are displaying when I watch the movie. I re-installed a movie with no captions included, but they are playing. How do I shut this off? I’ve tried using the Roku settings, but they are, likewise, turned off. Oddly enough, this has not effected any tv shows.
Update: I recently added Blade Runner (US) release. I added two different versions of the file to run a test. One file has cc included in the handbrake “edit” and one has no included cc in the file. Both files play on all devices (TV, Roku, Fire tablet) with closed captions, even though they are set to NONE. How do I resolve this issue?
