AS a new user, I have tested many settings but I am finding some issues with service streaming availabilty for certain shows.
For example:
Miss Marple 1984-1992 - Only shows up on BritBox via Amazon Prime. It is available through BritBox Standalone and BritBox via Apple (which I both have… don’t ask!), but there is no way to make Plex acknowledge this.
Escape to the Country. Shows as available through Crave. Choosing this works fine on my desktop and iPhone, but not on Apple TV, where it displays a linking error…
Choosing CBC Gem to stream a show links to the the app and the show on the (Windows) desktop and the iPhone, but only links to the Gam app on Apple TV.
My Apple TV is first generation: could that be part of the issue, or are these known issues that are on some sort of “yet to fix” list. Or failing that: Am I alone here?
