New Video on Server Video Doesn't Show Up on TV

When I load a new video into Plex Server (Mac Mini Desktop, it does NOT appear in Plex on my TV. I have to restart the Apple TV to get the new video to appear in the list of videos.

I see I had this same problem in 2020, but the old Reply doesn’t come up.
