New Windows 10 Home Install - plex media server bad image mfplat.dll

I have a new install of Windows 10 Home and installed a few versions of Plex Media Server. Every time I try to run it, I get the bad image issue.
Having googled this, it appears to have been an issue for many years but I have not found any way of getting round this issue.
The mfplat.dll file is installed in Windows already but I still have this issue.

Any help would be appreciated.
