So fare really bad, i liked seeing all the movies and tv i was watching. cant see any of the stats anymore, also can not longer get to my movies, i had two movies sections one for holiday movies and then the main movies. all i see now is my 20 holiday movies cant get into my regular movies anymore.
After it updated itself I was forced to update my wd pr4100 NAS to latest Plex version to use it and now I get the TERRIBLE blocking/tearing issue again because it seems they still can’t fix the hardware encoding a year on.
Now I have to choose between a working Plex library by going back to the super out of date version that works or being able to use my Xbox one. Yay!
Oh and Xbox one app only sees my library if I set the direct library option despite them sitting on same network.
So glad I get to debug my 100% fully functioning for months setup instead of relaxing with a movie after a long day at work.
i can not find any way to see like last movies i watched and last movies i added. this is horrible. why would they do this to us. The old way was totally fine. Only thing i can think of to fix this is get a roku and ditch my xbox. They forced me to update so i can not go back to the older version 
all i see is brows mode now. Nothing else its horrible.
What happened to the dashboard? This update blows.
so agree brandao811 this is just horrible. what the heck are they thinking. This is un usable.
can anyone tell us how to get the “On Deck” back on the new xbox one app? something that shows the stats of what people are watching and last seen shows like netflix?
Not sure why yours is missing - mine shows up under the HOME section. It actually flows pretty well IMHO. A few things feel a little laggier, but I expect some roughness when a fairly major UI restructure like this is made. Sincerely the only thing I’m really missing is the Live TV and News sections that I have on my Apple TV version. Overall I’m satisfied.

Agreed, me too. I really like the new design. Might take a little getting used to, but it works well. One benefit that wasn’t obvious to me at first, but that I really like is that it remembers the last used library for each library type. Really useful especially if you have a lot of shared libraries, but primarily only use the ones from your server.

Why did they remove rewinding and fast-forwarding with the triggers on the controller… Also it skips 10 seconds now wtf is up with that?

It definitely seems like an odd thing to leave out, but it seems they just had to cut some functionality to get it out. Not sure why FF/RW was cut, but imagine it was a tough decision. They’re working on adding it back in. We have to wait for an update to get FF/RW back.
The new update is useless…at least when the previous version was on the Xbox One I could actually access my servers, now it says it cannot access either…I was planning to get a plex pass, but now I’m not sure I’ll bother.
The layout is rubbish too. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

If that “sections” were libraries, then welcome to the magic of the “up motion”: just go to the “Movie” icon and click “up” on your remote. A super useless horizontal list of your library will pop up. You can hover it to see the library home (with on deck etc) or click on it to go to the movies list. Yes, I know, it’s so bad
Seriously ? Removing the ability to Fast Forward or Rewind?? What’s next? Play and Pause??? I don’t mind the new layout, just takes some getting used to and is inline more with the web app. But losing FF and RW is ridiculous!
It’s 2018 and I can’t fast forward a movie more than 30 seconds at a time. Sad!

While the video is playing and the controls are not on screen, press “up” and “down” to forward/reverse 10 minutes. I do agree though, we need more granular control.
