Newbie: NAS Plex Server not seeing all of the movies in the Movie Folder

I just installed the Plex Server on my Synology NAS. I create the movie folder and pointed to where all of the movie ISO files are located. It only found 3 movies out of 650+.

How do I diagnosis what is happening?
