Plex Pass w/DVR

I have a monthly Plex Pass thru Google Play. Is this considered a Premium account? I don’t have the option of seeing DVR as directions say, “Setting up and configuring a new DVR is easy to do. To start, go to Settings > Server > DVR in Plex Web App.” I’ve LAUNCHed my web server thru plex.tv using my account.

Any help?

Nope, sorry, that’s not it. @Plex.tv main page, if I click on MY ACCOUNT, my email address appears on the right and the PLEX PASS ticket appears on the left of the screen. If I go to my account, it says that I have a, “You have a shiny Plex Pass”. I’ll TRY to contact Plex…I’m not a newbie working w/computers or software, but I do find that navigating around Plex’s site there are alot of things not working for me. Thanks.

Your forum access permissions should be fixed after clicking this link: https://forums.plex.tv/sso
(Maybe you need to close your web browser afterwards and/or delete its cache, but his is rarely needed.)

The DVR features are only available after installing a special “DVR-enabled” version of the Plex server.

Thanks guys. I received an email right after clicking on first link which said, “[Plex Forums] Congratulations! You’ve been promoted to Plex Pass.”, don’t know if that got it started or just a coincidence.
