Newest server is broken

After I updated to the newest version of plex media server my computer started constantly freezing while I was streaming to other devices. I finally narrowed it down to the plex server and now I am looking for some way to downgrade back to a version that actually works. I looked around but didn’t see anywhere to download anything but the broken version.

I believe on windows, the old installers are kept in the local user appdata folder.

\AppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Updates

I am also having problems with the new version - No one outside of my home wifi can connect anymore, it just shows as offline. I tried to downgrade back to the last one I have that worked (1.43.2.10687-563d026ea) but Synology won’t let me step backwards.
