SO I setup my HD HomeRun tuner with Plex DVR.
I am running Version 1.9.1.4272.
I had several programs scheduled to record tonight; they did not. It seemed like recording was working over the weekend, but clearly wasn’t tonight.
Thoughts. By the way, it also did not record a scheduled program last night either.
showing an error or alert, but where/which logs would tell me more?

I downloaded the log files. Which file? What am I looking for?
Plex Media Server.log, Plex Media Server.1.log, Plex Media Server.2.log, Plex Media Server.3.log, Plex Media Server.4.log, Plex Media Server.5.log. Plex keeps the current log in Plex Media Server.log, and the 5 previous log files starting at 1 being the previous log, and 5 being the oldest log file.
Look for entries dealing with the show you were recording. You should see it start recording, assign a tuner, assign a unique transcode folder, and then see the recording percent complete increasing every minute or so. If there is an error it will be listed in the log file. If/when it gets to 100% you should see some entries dealing with moving it to the correct location in your library. After the recording is moved you may see some other entries dealing with updating metadata. If there was a keep or deletion policies on the show you may see Garbage Collection running and remove the file.
