Nexus Player issues with latest updates

Since updating my server to version 1.2.1 and then 1.2.2 my nexus player will not play videos from plex verison v5.0.0.x. When try to play something the app just sits there with a spinning yellow circle, like the network isn’t fast enough or something. In order for videos to start working again I had to downgrade the plex version to the latest public build (4.32.3). This happens with the device connected to the local network (no remote viewing). Interestingly my moto x pure phone does not have the same problem when running plex versions 5.0.0.669 or .701 and playing locally.

Any chance of logs from the server and the android TV when the problem arises?
Could you try and get the problem with a small sample file

Please ensure debug logging enabled on the server and restart the server to get fresh log files created and then reproduce the problem and note down time, and take logs from the Android TV and Plex Media Server and attach or upload on dropbox / google drive etc type service and share the link
