My plex was working and now I get error

Where do I got to get help. As I didn’t not make any changes but now plex doesn’t play my videos that my kids watch over and over.

I will provide more info if I’m in the right place.
Setup is plex on nighthawk x10. Media is on qnap server. Player is mobile phone and mainly Sony TV

Plex Media Server version?
Plex clients platform (Android/iOS/etc)?
Plex client version?
Version info available via Authorized Devices.

What happens when you try to play a video - Error message, Spinning circle, Flames coming out of server?

Please pull the log files from the server and attach the entire zip file to the thread. Just drag/drop the zip file into the message window. It will attach at the cursor location.

Settings → Troubleshooting → Download Logs

There is a problem with older versions of Plex Media Server, such as 1.18 or 1.19, and Android/Android TV devices.

Thank you so much. This is 90% of the problem.
By allowing all connections or insecure connections always. I do not get the connection error but now I get the spinning wheel.

I found a workaround where I go to playback settings on the player and set to play original and the video plays.

I tried setting server to play original but this will not play video. I still have to change setting to convert video then change it back to play original then it works.

Any solution to this hiccup?

Which device - Sony TV, mobile phone, something else?

Are they local or remote from the server.
