No 5 channel audio on ONE of my Plex Rokus

Plex movies from my server will play 5 channels of audio in my office, but the same video will only have 2 channels in my Living Room. The Living Room setup only plays audio from left and right speaker when playing a 5 channel audio source, and from the CENTER channel only when playing an old mono audio movie from the 50’s.

Living Room Setup:
Roku Ultra brand new

5 Channels of speakers running on the Sony Receiver

The Receiver plays 5 channel audio on Radio and other Roku apps like Netflix or Disney. But not Plex. No video will play the audio over all speakers. Everything plays only on the Front Left and Front Right speakers. I tried a really old movie with Mono audio and then it played over the center speaker only. I looked at all the settings on the receiver and they look fine, and as I said it plays 5 channel audio on other sources. But not Plex.

The same movies from the same server all play 5 channels just fine in the Office on a Roku Ultra going to a Yamaha Receiver and 5 speakers. So it’s not the server or the movies. That Plex app on that Roku Ultra is version 7.0.16.

I tried looking for Audio settings, but there is only one setting for allowing Dolby DTS audio (and it’s selected). That Audio settings option doesn’t even appear on the Office Plex Roku app.

Any ideas?
