I am running the official version of plex on my truenas scale server and am having a weird issue, whenever I try to open an actors description, the only thing it shows me is other media in my library that they are in. Here is an example of when I select Tom Cruise. Any help fixing this would be much appreciated.
You need to use the hosted web app.
You need to tap on an actor photo, not employ the Actor quick filter.

Is this library set to use the “Plex Movie” metadata agent (without “Legacy” in the name)?
And if so, is “Include adult content” disabled on the “Advanced” tab?
That fixed it, Include adult content was enabled and that seems to be what caused the problem, thanks.
