Are you using a fixed IP address on your plex server? What IP address is it? What IP address range is your new router configured with?

Negative. It’s called Metronet. It’s a small fiber company. I actually had Xfinity before this and everything was fine. I doubt that sentence has been typed before.

If they’re small, call them up and ask them about the router config. Could you use a router of your own? If so, there might be a chance to use an alternative firmware like dd-wrt, Tomato etc. – which then will have the necessary setting.
