E1-4 play without issue, but in E5-6, background noise is audible, but the dialogue is not. Subtitles are working. Tried three methods: Apple TV, iPad using app, and iPad using web browser. All are missing the dialogue audio.
Confirmed. The Gathering(2024) S01E05-06 has background music/sound effects but the vocals are either missing and very subdued. I suspect this is not exactly a Plex problem but a provider problem and Plex will need to contact them.

I have filed an internal issue.
Any idea of when a fix will be implemented? I just checked, and the issue remains. It kind of sucks to be in the middle of a series, and unable to finish it.
