During playback, I hear practically no dialog. It sounds like it’s not the stereo mix, but some other mix playing. No alternate audio options available. Same on multiple clients/devices.

That link doesn’t work. Are you referring to the 2011 version or the 2008 animated version? What client are you using? I tested both movies and I hear audio using the Plex Web client.
