No audio on two channels

Hey all, first time post.

I setup Live TV but for some odd reason I have no audio on two channels (video is fine). All other channels are fine but COZI and MeTV have no audio and this is true for local playback on the plex server itself, remote client using web interface and roku channel. Something must be up with the Live TV settings or something on the server itself since it doesn’t work on multiple playback sources.

Plex server is 1.16.1.1291 on Debian 10.0 wired computer. Antenna is Hauppauge 955Q USB connected. Setup was pretty much plug and play.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

I am unfamiliar with the Hauppauge unit, but does it have its own viewer software? and are the channels playing audio through there? If so, I got nothing…
