I have an MKV with 5.1 audio. Tested on multiple PCs so audio is good.
When I stream to my phone, it says video transcode but audio direct. And no audio.
It isn’t this way with every mkv so I’m confused as to what I need to do to ensure I can hear movies when I’m traveling.
Problem solved. I had the android player checked that it supported DTS thus it wasn’t transcoding but direct playing.
