No auth in local network

Hi
Sorry to come back to this, because it realy just starts to piss me off!
I just updatet to 1.1.4 and before (1.0x) i did not have to authenticate with plex account when accessing plex through webinterface. I do not like to authenticate, i only use plex in my lan, nothing else. I put my two local LANs in the Network part “List of IP addresses and networks that are allowed without auth” (in fact, they were there already before) - despite, i have to put in username and password every time. I repeat, I do not want this, the last x years, it was no security issue to me at all (there is a good pfsense in front of everything).
Thanks for any help.

Then ‘sign out’ your server from your plex.tv account
Settings - Server - General
do the same in every client

Thanks, was there, and done that, also checked the IP/network list.
Still authenticating, but now not finding server anymore…

Once you ‘signed out’ your server, you need to ‘sign out’ from the Plex Web app as well.

It is best, to disable ‘Secure Connections’
Settings - Server - Network
(A restart of the server is necessary afterwards)

Keep in mind that some Plex clients cannot find the server on their own without the help of plex.tv
Most of the ‘Smart TV’ Plex clients belong to this category.
