No available tuners found to start streaming channel

Server Version#: 1.14.1.5488
Player Version#: Web client 3.85.2

I’ve added an HD HomeRun to Plex’s DVR area. The device was found, channels scanned and guide updated. All worked fairly well.

However, when I try to watch anything I’m told that “Could not tune channel. Please check your tuner or antenna.”

When I take a look at Plex Tuner Service.log there’s an obvious error occuring:

Don’t really know what to do with information, but would appreciate some tips.

Put 192.168.80.114 into your browser and check the system status, firmware should be 20180817. What model of HDHR is this?

HDHomeRun DUAL

Model: HDHR-US
Device ID: 10176ADF
Firmware: 20170930

I would try updating to the latest available firmware version for your HDHomeRun tuner here:

Download the applicable app (windows/Mac) and it will automatically update your devices firmware.

That is the correct firmware for the Dual, it is a bit older. I would reboot it to see if it shows up or not. I also scan channels in the HDHR setup program as that is the only way to save to the device.
