I’ve encountered an issue after upgrading my Plex server to a newer one. I can’t find any TV channels, and when I attempt to rescan with my postal code, Plex doesn’t seem to locate the same settings as the old scan/server(installed ish2020). If I try to move over just the DVR database (com.plexapp.plugins.library.db) from the old server, all the channels reappear, but nothing works when I try to play. I receive the message “Could not set up the channel. Check the tuner or antenna.” Do any of you have any suggestions for what might be wrong? Is there a way to add the channels manually or scan like a TV does?
When I temporarily install Hauppauge’s TV application on the server, the tuner finds all channels no problem.
