Server Version#: 1.24.4.5081
Tuner Make/Model: HDHomeRun legacy
Using XMLTV?: No
My local station recently changed frequencies. HDHomeRun setup found the new channel with no problems. Plex DVR channel scan will not find this channel at the new frequency - it just refuses to show up in the tuner channel column. Is there any way to force Plex to see the new channel frequency?

Are you also trying to get the new KARE 11 in Minneapolis?
The 11.1 broadcast channel in Minneapolis changed their transmission from VHF to UHF yesterday at noon. When I tried to rescan, Plex is unable to pick up the new UHF signal. It only finds the old VHF signal on 11.11. The Hauppauge WinTV software finds the channel outside of Plex, so I know the tuner is capable of finding the channel.
Is some kind of update to the guide by Plex necessary so that the server knows where to look for this channel on the UHF frequency?

Yes this is exactly the situation. I can find the channel at the new frequency with HDHomeRun but not with Plex.
Have you filled out the form.

This seems like a problem with the scanning, the channel exists in the EPG. The digital channel is there in the EPG, but no scanned channel to match to.
I do also have this issue with another tuner and the newer plex media server versions.
I rolled back to version 1.22 and tuner channels are back to pms
