No channels option in Web Portal

Player Version#: Web Client Version 3.85.2

There are NO channels in my plex web player and not even a channels link in the sidebar. Please help

If by “channels” you mean plug-ins – they have been deprecated/discontinued. It was announced last fall.

As various Plex clients/apps get updated, access to plug-ins/channels is removed. Eventually they will not be available at all.

P.S. They’re still showing up for me in the hosted URL: https://app.plex.tv/desktop/
