Cant find Channels tab at all (Left Bar)

I have tried everything I could find and I need the channels tab to install my needed plugins but it isn’t appearing at all
Please help!

Literally someone already replied. You cannot any longer. Thus there is no tutorial.

How do you download movies and such then?

I have an Apple TV and use apps on that to either buy content or subscribe to streaming services.
