mac (wifi) - when i try to connect to http://plex-server-ip:32400/web it just buffers
mac (wifi) desktop app, web app - Home screen says No Content Available after reset customization it initially only showed recently added movies but after desktop app restart it also shows recently added videos. Both libraries most of the posters are black and if i try to play something it buffers forever. when I tried to do the reset customization it said server setting unavailable then i signed out/in then it let me do the reset.

all the posters loaded everything i tried to play is working then i went back to home screen same problem.
linux (wired) desktop app, web app- works
windows (wired) desktop app - works
apple tv (wifi) - works
smart tv (wifi) - black screen
fire tv (wifi) - acts the same as the mac
