Why there is no cover available when I’m casting from mobile to streamer?
This issue happens all the time. It was like this also on other versions.
Any informations for it?
Is it a S/W bug or config problem??
How the support works on Plex.tv? Nobody will reply to me? We pay for Plex Pass and no help?
It’s the same experience casting to my Cambridge Audio CXNv2 streamer, which also uses a built-in Chromecast.
I’ve found out that because the Plex server app was installed from the QNAP Store it runs in an isolated docker instance. The required TCP/UDP ports used for passing the image data are likely blocked by default and would need to be opened on the routers firewall.
My Plexamp app plays music now, but never displays images on the streamer for this reason. I’ve not opened any more ports.

And I think the firewall in the router is blocking outside connection not the one inside LAN
