No "DNS Server: Request Received"

HI all,

 

This has been frustrating me to no end! any help you can provide would be much appreciated.

 

The details:

 

-Apple TV 2

 

-DNS set on Apple TV: 206.248.154.22

 

-Running PlexConnect and PMS on Mac mini OSX 10.8.5 (IP 192.168.1.105)

 

-PMS version 9.7.28

 

-PlexConnect downloaded yesterday - 9-Oct

And it just hangs there with no "DNS Server: Request received!" which is the line I think I should be expecting.

Your ATV DNS needs to point to the ip of plexconnect not to 206.248.154.22

I would upgrade your PMS to 9.8.6 as your version will have problems with RTMP based feeds when you use channels. Also make sure your ATV is on firmware on 5.2 or above.

Tutorials in my signature if needed. Dns is not correct on atv and pms is out of date as stated above.
