Hello,
my server has problems loading the EPG. Sometimes it shows some progress, but in the end their is no data.
It always says epg is beeing created or no epg available.
I have completely removed the DVR and reinstalled everything.
Tried deleting the plugin caches. But this did not help.

Which logs are needed to see where the issue might come from?

I recommend you to

  1. update Plex server to the latest beta version
  2. delete your current DVR device in Plex and recreate it

This is supposed to switch to a new EPG provider, which should have a channel lineup for your region. If you don’t get a suitable lineup, try instead to use a postal code in your near vicinity.
