No exit guide or hide guide option on Android TV

Hi all.

There is a very nice feature I find on the Roku that is missing on the Android TV. Specifically my Android TV client is on SHIELD.

While scrolling through the guide while I’m tuned to a channel, sometimes I don’t find what I’m looking for during a commercial break and I just want to exit the guide to return to the current tuned channel.

I can’t seem to do this quite so easily on the Android TV version versus on the Roku and I am forced to finding the channel I’m tuned to without having to exit live TV and go back to the channel I was originally on.

I’m currently on Plex for Android 8.30.0

The Android TV app does not have the option yet to go back full screen into playback. but from what I can see they are trying to get it into 8.31 (I don’t have an ETA).
