server got disconnected (unbeknownst to me), i ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version of plex on the ps4. Now, when I try to play anything I get the undefined error code “Undefined error -2140536828” and nothing plays. I’ve read a few threads about the issue having to do with subtitles, but most of these shouldn’t have subtitles? i don’t have the access to manipulate the files themselves… is there any option for me or has plex basically been rendered useless for me? un
