Getting "There was a problem playing this item" on PS4

Hi,

i鈥檝e seen this error in multiple places and f贸runs, but i was not able to fix it.
I have plex server installed in synology and am trying to play in ps4.

This was working until the last update :confused:

Any feedback?

ok some more feedback.

I think this is related to the subtitles. With Portuguese external subtitles, i am not able to play anything.

Plex guys can you help with this?

Dont know what is happening but getting no feedback from you (PLEX) is not cool at all.
