I have 2 orsay samsung smart tvs and got problems to connect to my remote server (I received a gneric “offline server” message)..
So I reinstalled the TV app, after completely reset the smart hub.
Problem now, on both TVs, is that I cannot link them to the server, since the tv app doesn’t give me the 4 link code (empy spaces, see pic attached).
Lan devices at my home (router and switch) seems fine, and the plex server seems to work fine, I can connect it from pc and smartphone.
I am experiencing the same issue. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Gone to settings to try to log in the but connection dots in the top left hand corner just keep running. Smart TV and `Plex Media Servers are definitely on the same network. Help please Plex.

I am tring to upload the app from pc to tv, using samywidget.
I remember using it in the past, with no issue…on a old windows 7 pc.
Now I have a windows 10 pc but it does not work anymore. Is there a windows service needed to start to enable the transfer?
Basically develop login, change the ip, and then start user sync, but nothing happens
edit: the problem has been fixed, by unzipping the archive and zip again without the main “Plex” folder. Now everything is working on both TVs with 2.014 Orca app.
Just lost language translations going from 2.013 to 2.014, which does not allow to change language anymore. Can’t reply to original thread since it is more than 3 months old. Is this normal not having the possibility to change language from english? Not a big issue, just for information purpose.
