I downloaded the Plex_2.014_11112020.zip, then SammyWidgets.exe. I set the IP of my local notebook where the SammyWidgets was running and clicked on the button for synchronization.
Until now it was everything ok, but then I got error message, something like “Failed to install. For more information, visit http://www.samsungforum.com/Support/TVAppSecurity”.
What could be wrong?
I guess the transferring of the app was successful, just the installation failed. I uninstalled the recent version of the Plex app, but it did not help.
Sadly no idea.
All I can suggest, is to factory reset your TV and try again
