If you are running into issues with unsupported audio issues and need transcoding on the audio stream only, please visit tvOS.xml. Currently, I only experienced issues with eac3 and will build on the configuration based on issues I experience or requests via github.
This avoids having to transcode both video and audio streams that introduces a loss in video quality and CPU hit even with hw acceleration.
