I have a server and I can access my files just fine when I am logged in and selected the admin user. When I switch users I am no longer able to see my libraries. This is on my phone, PC, and Android TVs.
I have restarted my server, cleared data and cache on my phone and devices and cleared cookies on my PC.
Any help would be appreciated.
Looking at your account it does not show the managed users as having access to any libraries on your server.
Please go to https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/plex-home and verify they show as having access to at least one server libary.
Each one of the Home users had their access removed on one of the updates. I just had to go back and readd them.
They must have lost access on the most recent update. I got them readded
