All software is up to date. As admin when I log into plex from phone I have access to everything except my libraries. Says none assigned. I went to libraries to grant my self access but no options. Any help would be great Thanks
Looking at your account it shows you have two servers. One that has not been seen in 3 months, and another that was seen a few hours ago but has no libraries.
Does it show library from web app in browser on computer?
Yes all ibrraries are accessable from server. Uncertain how I did that, is there as easy fix? The one from a few hours ago does have all libraries working form server and accessible.
Any thoughts. Can you make a single account to resolve issues?
Did you define some (or all) libraries as “favorites” on the mobile app?
Use the 2nd icon from the left at the bottom.
then tap on the library selector at the top-left,
Then pick “All Libraries”.
Tap on the outlined “heart” icons left of the names of your libraries.
Your account still shows that the server ( it’s name starts with R) has no libraries so clients won’t know anything about them.
If there are libraries there then something is preventing your server from talking to plex.tv to get that info to it. I would check your server logs for errors.
Can you fix this as I only want 1 accout would be robck and no other accounts assoicated with it? or a web page that fixes it? Iv had this issue in past and my whole account, subscription etc was jacked up. Took months to recover account. @ otto I cnat even get in with some apps on mobile wants to sign on server all looks great and can access all libraries. I think big wheels is on the right track (a long time member if I recall) I just need to delete the old account PERMENTALY and use a new account without losing crediantials. But tried tahat once and man was it a pain to get back in.
I can give full crediantials via message to reset account and use my current email. I have no issues resigning in or putting out a few invite.
You only have 1 account that I see. you have two servers. I’m not sure what other account there is.
